RULES
    1. The Morris Minor Owners Club rules state that before anyone can become a member of a local
        branch they must first join the National Club.
    2. Insurance - Branch meetings are covered by the National Club's Public Liability Insurance and
        only covers members.
    3. Branches receive a certain ammount of financial backing from the Morris Minor Owners Club
        for members only.
    4. The branches are an arm of the National Club. The branch network aims to provide locally based
        meetings, rallies etc, in order that Morris Minor Owners Club members in any particular area
        can get together.
    5. Prospective members may attend up tp two branch meetings before deciding weather or not to
        join the Morris Minor Owners Club.
